Luckily, there were a few drinks in the woman already. That was what was keeping her from shoving the people dancing around her away; the lack of inhibition (and, more so, her ability to be quick to annoyance). She was having a good time, enjoying herself and letting the music help her ignore the people and the world around her, when Eva decided it was time to take a rest. Maybe take another shot or two – who knew. Neither of those things happened though when she saw a person she really didn’t want to see right now. It was that guy she fucked over however long ago. She, honestly, didn’t even remember – his name having the same fate. When he began a conversation, something Eva thought was incredibly stupid, she rolled her eyes. “It’s not like this is somewhere for the ‘it’ people or whatever they call them now. It’s just a fucking nightclub. Don’t get it twisted.”
wes’ eye’s rolled so hard he felt it hurt a little. “maybe i should let the bartender know to keep an eye on his cash though, hm?” so he was a little angry about her stealing cash on their date a few months ago. and him getting shit for it the next day from his manager. she’d instantly disappeared and this was his chance to finally confront her, so he definitely wasn’t letting it get away from him. “just wondering when i might expect that cash back. you know, since you conveniently disappeared after that night. you’re a bit hard to track down, you know that?”
