As we celebrate Heritage Day, we would like to share our brand's heritage. The Rudigan Collective was created to pay homage to grandma Katarina a strong and resilient woman of the Slovak Hungarian nobility. She lost all during communism and all she was allowed to take with her was a mirror. She is Siyanda Rudnansky's husband Ján Rudñansky's grandmother **above grandma Katarina are her court of arms and she is depicted reading a book at the garden of her family home which was later seized during communism.

Happy Heritage Day!!!! Today we share with you our brand's heritage. The name Rudigan is derived from the Rudnansky family name -formerly Rudnyanzsky which was changed to Rudňanský during communism. Our logo the bear heard is derived from the bear on the Rudňanský family court of arms. The tree the star and the moon are the protector of the Bear (Rudňanský)
