Reasons why I want to be skinny

-so I can KNOW my friends don’t call me fat behind my back -so I can hear “have you lost weight” -so I can wear crop tops and shorts in summer -so I can wear leggings and large sweaters in winter -so I’ll look elegant with my thin body and my long hair -I can model -my brother will never call me fat ever again -my cheek bones with be so much more defined and my jaw line will be sharper -shopping won’t be painful -hip bones -collarbones -I won’t need to tuck my blanket in between my thighs because they stick together -going to the beach will a thin body -I can wear size extra small in stores -people might actually think I’m attractive -so I will be happy with myself, and worry about other things and not my weight

here’s a tip: if you start dating a depressed person, don’t be surprised if they are still depressed while they are dating you. they’re not depressed because they’re single, and you are not an all-powerful cure for mental illnesses. just be there for them.

How to lose weight simply

1. Eat less than 1000 calories. 2. Work out for an hour every day (have one day tap out) 3. Eat healthy foods!!!! 4. Fast for like 10-13 hours. 5. NEVER eat after 7pm 6. Keep yourself busy and/or distracted from eating.

ITS THAT SIMPLE. I’m trying it, I’m losing some. Can you?

Stop eating that pasta or icecream and work out for half an hour. You don’t want flabby thin skin, you want a tight toned body, don’t you?
