im going to be honest the travis mcelroy amongus breakdown is honestly a fucking nightmare scenario for me. i've had meltdowns and freakouts before, i've come very close in gaming situations to Taking Things Too Seriously and esp. social games. in those situations i'm fortunate enough that I'm able to remove myself from the situation and to not have it be so incredibly publicized.

one time i was frustrated by a card game and i loudly swore, shouted, and slammed my cards on the table. my friend left immediately and gave me a long angry lecture on how i should be able to control myself better. and like... yes, ideally i should have removed myself from the situation first, but like. this is my autism. sometimes i'm gonna have a strong emotional reaction.

so back to travis, like... okay he's unfunny and he annoys you but. idk. the fact that someone getting upset and frustrated at a game and having a freakout makes me think about how you see freakouts and how understanding you'd be if you witnessed me shouting or getting frustrated or just having a bad moment.

Our last post

Hola, i'm Calli, a nonbinary mexican parent. Both my partner and I are chronically ill, we're the main providers for our family of 9, that includes his mom, dad and sister because they lost everything in a fire back in November 2023. TW for the house after the fire.

We are poor and unemployed, all adults have some chronic condition, chronic pain and we live constantly exposed to mold, rust and other issues the house has. The landlord does jackshit but sure comes to collect rent every now and then.

To top it off i have been getting harrassed by racist unkind people here, making me suicidal.

I have been offering spanish conversation classes online for $12 usd/hr. Right now im earning $12 a week, do you think I can support a family of 9 with that?

So far this pride month our 7yo daughter experienced her first transmisogynist attack from her grandpa who tried to forcefully cut her hair.

There's a water supply shortage, we haven't got water for a week and now we have to get containers so we can flush, wash dishes or shower.

We have been without a washing machine for officially a year now. We're too disabled to hand wash, we don't even have water.

Our eldest missed his testosterone shot last thursday.

I haven't had my meds in so long I don't remember.

Cats need food.

And my partner suffered a fall after his own father pulled his cane from him during one of his transphobic attacks.

We need so so much help and I haven't slept in 24hrs so if this doesn't make sense well, sorry.

We need a cellphone to access our bank app instead of having to go to the bank everytime we need to make a payment or such, please, we're super fucked.

Anything helps.
