Sorry!
Hey everyone, sorry I have not been roleplaying much, things are getting crazy busy with my wedding coming up soon. I will most likely be using my hiatus for this.
While walking towards the Crystal Bazaar, Squall noticed that none of the buildings seem to be marked in a particular way that made sense. (How am I supposed to figure out where to go if I can’t even figure out what these signs say? I am really starting to dislike this place.) It was getting darker and Squall more desperate, they wandered out in front of a largish building, the doors were open and a Moogle was floating about inside. (Guess this building possibly looks like an inn, guess it is worth a shot.) “Is this an inn?” He exclaimed a bit loudly, startling the unassuming Moogle. “KUPO!”
The Moogle scurried quickly into another room. The place did appear to be an inn though, but Squall scared away the only help they would seem to be getting there. His hand reach into the pockets lined along his jacket revealing a modest amount of Gil. “I hope this covers it…” He reached over and grabbed a key. (Room 110… I hope this is okay, guess I can explain it later, looking at the keys here… guess not many people stay at this inn.) “Well Rinoa… let’s take a look…” They got to the room, the door was inconspicuously normal, but once they got inside it was anything but, everything was miniature and there were strange devices scattered across the room he had never seen. “Oh great… this is an inn for Moogles… no wonder no one stayed here…”
Rinoa snickered briefly, putting her hand to her mouth, before finding herself struggling to hold back open laughter as she glanced around. The gadgets. The tiny desk and chair. The bed barely long enough for a child, let alone two grown people. It was a fight she quickly lost, and covering her chest with her arms, she leaned forward into a loud giggle. “Wow, you sure know how to treat a girl fancy! Thanks for introducing me to this… fine… establishment,” she managed to remark, while still giggling to herself in between pauses.
Despite her trademark teasing, she honestly found the room hilarious, and adorable. They could sleep on the floor. It was romantic. She loved it.
“We.. well… you try finding anything in this town, I just picked what looked best!” he said over Rinoa’s laughter, obviously trying to hide his embarrassment. (It is not like I could have known! She could cut me some slack…) He drew his breath into an almost silent sigh, definitely quieter than Rinoa’s uproarious giggle. (I guess it is kinda silly huh? I do adore her giggle…) “Heh, guess we can make the best of it. We don’t have much choice anyways…”
“You can take the bed… unless… you wanted to lay next to me?” He was still embarrassed, they had not been together for long after all, everything happened so quickly after they defeated Ultimecia and he became the leader of the Garden. (I am so bad with this relationship stuff, well I am sure to keep her laughing at least.)
(SORRY! I hope I don’t offend anybody with this one. This was funny in my head, but then when I drew it I nearly died from blushing embarrassment!)
Rinoa: Squall close your robe!!!
Squall: That’s not how I do things Rinoa.
(Oh, and I had so much fun drawing a goofy looking young cadet Squall.)
Not who you think I am
A strange foreboding sensation washedover Squall as the night got darker, something was very off but little did heknow how off. “Rinoa, something justfeels wrong… can you feel it? He looked expectantly at her, thinking shewould say something to calm his mind… or at least get him thinking, she always seemed to at least. (She must feel it, normally she respondspretty quickly with her bubbliness. What is this I am feeling? I know I havefelt it before?)
“666… what does that even mean? I am sure this is off…”
Horror starters! ( Request )
(( Most are sort of Horror/Survival – but still scary situations to be in! ))
The old house down the street: Our muses decide to explore a supposedly haunted house together… but what happened when the door slams shut behind them and they’re now trapped!
Not who you think I am: One muse as been acting rather strange lately… and the other soon find out that they’ve been possessed! How do they get rid of this entity that seems to refuse to leave their body?
No escape: Our muses stumble upon a murderous town where everyone is trying to kill them. Will they survive and find a way to get out of the town unnoticed? Or will they get trapped there when night falls and end up a victim to one of their many murders?
Purge: When all crime is legal, our muses stay locked up in their house to keep themselves protected from what is happened outside. But people notice them hiding away, and are now determined to take them out. Do they manage to survive when people start breaking into the house, or not?
Our little devil: Our muses find an abandoned, seemingly sweet little girl and decide to take her home. When trying to find out where she came from so they could send her back, they find out this little girl is anything but normal. And she shows a rather creepy and murderous side to her.
Within a dream: Our muses find themselves in the same dream together! Not only can the communicate to each other as they wished, they also had all of their senses ( Touch, hearing, feeling, ect ). Everything starts all fine and dandy at first, but what happens when the dream takes a turn for the worse and is slowly filled with both of their worst fears?
Its the end of the world as we know it: On a normal day, things start going badly when every natural disaster possible starts happening. Tornados, Tsunamis, earthquakes, meteors, sinkholes, hurricanes… it seems almost impossible to survive, but that doesn’t mean our muses won’t try. Do they ever find safety and does the disasters ever come to a stop?
Don’t scream: While our muses are out at a public place ( Mall, School, Supermarket - you choose ) the power goes off. With little to no light, our muses now must find a way to escape. But doing this is a little difficult when they find out there is multiple killers on the loose within the same building. Can they get out without being seen? Or will they have to use items in their surroundings to take out their enemies before they get to them first?
Captured: Our muses get knocked out and brought back to a serial killers lair! When waking up, they find themselves tied up in a room along with various other already dead bodies. Though by the horrible noises in a room nearby, it’s clear the killer is still in the building. Can they be quiet enough to escape without getting caught? Or does it end badly for one - or the both of them?
Stranded: During a big storm, our muses plane crashes into the middle of a rainforest! Being the only survives, they must now find a way to get out of there. But will they make it alive with the horrible weather and all of the killer plants/animals?
At midnight: Our muses decide to visit a new fair in town named ‘midnight’, which is a fair said to stay open until… well, midnight. When midnight strikes and everyone leaves the parks, out muses decide to hide so they can continue their fun once the gates were locked. But things aren’t as fun as they expect when rides seem to move on their own, animatronics come to life and are murderous, and the ‘host’ of the park insists that they’ll stay here forever.
Cursed: Our muses get cursed by an evil witch after trespassing on her property! Our muses of course, don’t believe this and simply think the woman is crazy. But when our muses continuously get into near-death accidents, They come to believe her words. After coming in contact with the woman once again, she reveals that the only way for the curse to be lifted is for one of them to die. Do they continue to protect each other and find another way to break the curse? Or will they be driven to insanity and try to take one another out? Or will the curse take them out first?
“Well, I guess there really is no way out of here, I supp… wait, what?!” He said with a confounded look on his face, his normally stout face turning red at the thought… (She wants to move in together? Can I handle that? I mean we have been together for a while now… is it the right time? When do couples decide this…? I want to be closer to her, would this help? I mean… it makes sense, it would be better for both of us to be close in this unfamiliar place… is that the right reason?) Suddenly, seeming to barely finish his thought, the flustered hero exclaims “Yes!” Then trying to catch himself in his uncommon bewilderedness, he spurts out “…I mean it would be better for us to stick together right? We know each other at least.”
Quickly trying to change the subject his gaze shifts over to where the building used to exist. “What? This place gets more confusing by the minute, none of it makes logical sense… just where are we Rinoa?” He asked, hoping she wouldn’t point out his earlier exclamation.
…Well, then. That was something. She wasn’t sure how he was going to respond, especially when she was half joking, but she definitely didn’t expect him to actually say yes. Or to just blurt it out like that. She could feel a fierce blush creeping over her cheeks.
“Y-yeah, it’s safer that way! That’s why I suggested it! I’m glad you agree with me, Squall.” She looked down, clasping her hands behind her back shyly and rubbing her feet together. The embarrassment from shock didn’t last too long though, and she moved closer to him, taking his hand and starting to walk forward.
The feeling of her warm hand was comforting, he instinctively started walking alongside her. Completely forgetting about the building disappearing and quickly getting lost in thought. (Maybe I should slow down. It doesn’t seem like I can figure out where we are so easily, especially with so many others unable to as well, even being here longer. It’s okay for me to spend this time with Rinoa, right…?) “We’ll be okay, together.” His lips whispered soothingly.
Things changed quickly where they were, still unable to completely make sense of the surroundings bothered Squall, but he believed what he told her. He hadn’t noticed before, but the area was getting darker, the sun was setting and soon night would fall. “I guess we’d better find something soon, if not a house, maybe an inn…” (Although we don’t have anything but Gil, I hope they take it…) keeping Rinoa’s hand clasped in his, he started walking towards the market with her, hoping to run into someone who might know of somewhere to stay.

“Look, Squall, I found your campaign slogan if you decide you wanna run for president and take after your dad!”
“Whatev…”
OOC:
I know I’m “only” 21 but the RP world often makes me feel so incredibly old with all these 14&15 year olds and such. So…how about, reblog if you’re a roleplayer and you’re 20+.
After wrapping up her conversation with Joshua, Rinoa noticed something familiar out of the corner of her vision. Squall Alert! And from the looks of things, with that thoughtful look in his eyes, he was about to run off investigating again. She’d better grab him quickly. Jumping in the air and waving, she tried to get his attention.
“Hey, don’t forget to bring me! I might even come in handy,” she teased, running up to Squall and smiling. “Where are we off to, Commander?”
“Hmph, Rinoa? I thought you were talking with someone? Did you learn anything?” he said bluntly, acting as if she’d been there the whole time. But before she even had time to react to his question, he continued to answer hers. “I thought I would be able to see something from that tall building over there…” He pointed in a direction off to his left without looking, but in the direction he pointed there was nothing even close to a tall building, just a horizon of small rooftops, none higher than the others.
Oh, Squall. Implying that they should only talk to people to get information from them. Well, she’d give him what she got, admittedly it wasn’t much. She wondered when he was just going to let it go and accept that they weren’t finding a way home anytime soon. “Yeah, that was Joshua. He told me that it’s safe here. And that I should get a hobby. And everybody seems really bored. And moogles.” Rinoa paused, and then winked. “…He also suggested that I get a house. Wanna move in with me?”
She tilted her head to the side. “By the way, it looks like your building is gone.”
“Well, I guess there really is no way out of here, I supp… wait, what?!” He said with a confounded look on his face, his normally stout face turning red at the thought… (She wants to move in together? “Did you hear the oneabout the sidewalk? …it’s all over town.
What… ? Yeah it wasbad. I don’t do jokes…” (This is why I don’t do jokes, what’s the point.)

Just thought of the most hipster thing I could imagine so you’d understand me. I can paint the outside of the case with CAT art if it makes you feel better.
“I am not a hipster, so you can take your hipster language and go elsewhere, Lionhead.”
“Says the guy wearing Jupiter of the Monkey.” (Wait, why was I bothering with this kid again? It is not like I care what he does) “Hmph… Whatever.”

That being said, now Iam flying an entire school, so driving a car seems trivial. “(I hope thatsounded cool….)
👗 “As a SeeD, we are taught many infiltration techniques, fitting in is obviously one of them, as such dressing in a certain style wasnecessary. Not sure I’d consider what I wear on a day-to-day basis to beparticularly stylish, but I don’t care enough to let that affect me… it is myown style.” (Although Rinoa seems to like it when I do dress up, I still don’tlike bothering with it if I don’t need to…) “What? That’s it…”
🔮 “Magic is… a necessary evil, I can cast andabsorb it for use during battle… but I prefer my trusty gunblade over italmost always. Being a sorceress, Rinoa is much better at using magic, I admitthough, I still get a bit anxious of it after seeing what it did to Ultimecia,I don’t want that for her… (I’ll stick by her side, I’ll protect her.) I am notgoing to let it.
