Delicate petals
look at you, youāre so tiny and petite, I could almost hug you so tightly but Iād be too scared to break you. What happened? The rose blush from your cheeks have now turned into pale gray. Your eyes, how beautiful they are even though I look at them and see the red lines and honey have you slept in days? You told me you were taking care of yourself, but youāre slowly fading into nothing, you say itās nothing youāre fine, youāre okay. But I donāt think itās alright when you donāt get out of your bed for days. Please talk to me, eat something, please you canāt lose anymore weight. I wish you could see what I see but when you look at that mirror you see an awful lot of weight. I see skin and bones and before I know it itāll be too late. But these voices in your head are telling you to drop weight. Youāre a beautiful rose and your petals are delicate, so please water yourself, before itās too late.
