boy do I love can town.  wow.  what a great little place with a wonderful mayor.  but not a king because kings sUCK.  kings are the worst.  Wayward Vagabond doesn’t like kings, so neither do I.  

look at the lovely landscape the Wayward Vagabond, mayor of can town, has created with chalk for all the eager young cans.  such a kind and fair and magnanimous mayor.

I just realized

the wayward vagabond is described as having a carapace.  But the midnight crew I assume are just backlit (even though I haven’t gotten back to them yet, not actually. only secondarily through the other characters).  anyways, I wonder if the wayward vagabond is a buggy.  She also has “blunt” teeth, “like that of livestock, presumably suitable for mashing up plant matter,” and sharp fingers.  so cute, I love the wayward vagabond so much.

This really is some nonsense.  It’s hard to be bothered to stop reading just  to make posts because like, I wanna get back to where I was at before and get down to business right?  But like also it’s probably better that I DO stop to post, for the purpose of reflecting on what I’ve just read so I might actually remember it;  so I don’t neglect the things I should probably actually be doing;  and so I can  s a v o r  it. 

ANYWAYS.  I do wonder sometimes who made SBURB in the first place.  I can’t remember if that question had been answered the last time I was reading homestuck, and obviously I don’t know if it’s answered past the point I made it up to.  But, I do wonder.  Only character I haven’t officially been introduced to yet is gardenGnostic (or Jade, as I already know).  When I first got back to the reading I couldn’t remember (SPOILER AHEAD, but then again who is gonna start reading Homestuck in 2020 amirite)

if it was Jade or Rose who could see visions of the future, and got confused about it but then Jade talked about how she knew John would find the package she sent him (which he lost by way of the car falling into the abyss) and I was like ohhhhh yeah gotcha, of course it was Jade dummy.  Besides that, at this point I am just growing frustrated with Dave’s dilly-dallying to find his Bro’s copy of SBURB so he can save Rose, goodness gracious.  

Also forgot how much I loved the wayward vagabond wow what a cutie

of act 1. I have the page open on Rose’s second page now.  I always wondered why the characters never questioned why a video game was able to manipulate the world around them.  Of course now I realize this is less to do with the characters themselves and more to do with the way the story was being developed at the time: via fan contributions.  It’s all very silly and not making very much of the “sense” as they call it, which is fitting.  anyways, just wanted to reflect on that. my eyes hurt.

I got fairly far along into homestuck when I was reading it along with the creation of this blog, but alas, I never finished it, because I’m not sure it’s entirely physically possible for me to do so.  Nevertheless, I have returned to finish (?) what I started many eons ago, and read homestuck.  (I will be beginning from the start, all over again, hoo-wee)
