Hey, I know I’m kinda absent on this blog nowadays but it has the biggest following so I wondered if anyone could help!

I would be super grateful if anyone had any tips or advice for managing anxiety etc at big events? Specifically I’m hoping to go to a con with a couple friends but I went a few years ago and didn’t cope super great with the crowds and stuff.

Usually when I’m in public I talk to people but just enough to consider it socializing and then ignore them because i’ve talked to them for a min so it can’t be called ignoring them, so that’s what I do, if I’m with friends like you will be then I’ll talk to my friends about if I feel uncomfortable and usually they’ll talk to people for me if I’m having an extremely bard time talking to someone, Sorry for the long thing, but anyway, I hope this helped, probs not, Have A Good Time Though!!!😁😁
