Last night i started reading a fic where the characters—who are from a tv show based on a book about true events i.e. they are fictionalized versions of real people—started discussing said book and tv show and how the tv version of one of the characters had become a fan favorite and arghhh my brain

This remains the last real movie I've seen this year (World Cup documentaries not withstanding).. actually I thought the whole catholic cyberpunk dystopia thing was kinda cool, there's a scene in the beginning where the dude confesses to a screen of a priest, but then the movie veers inexplicably into an old west/cowboy aesthetic?? I think Paul Bettany's role as the crazy monk in The Da Vinci Code was actually preparation for this...
