Oh my. that was... quite the massive creature. Typically, Bumblebee wasn't frightened or offput by mere appearances... But she wasn't exactly expecting to come across the comparatively gigantic bombhead. They weren't going to judge the other for something they had no control over, but they couldn't help being a little intimidated. Bee hoped they weren't intruding on what they assumed to be the Bombhead's territory.
" Uh ... H - hey there , big guy ! Sorry if I'm intruding on anything . I'm a little lost , to say the least . "

Oh. He just. Climbed?? Cool. After he went into the vent, she waited a few seconds, before following him through it. This guy seemed cool! After they both got inside, she navigated back down, landing from a height that seemed just a little too high to be safe. Despite this, Bee seemed perfectly fine. she looked around the inside of the building, feeling relaxed. There didn't seem to be anything suspicious, so that was good.
It wasn't suspicious, but it was certainly messy. It looked to have been somewhat cleaned not that long ago, a few glass shards haphazardly moved to the sides, although the middle was mostly clean of debris. There was a pile of a mixture of soft objects in the middle, stacked together to form a sort of bed, with a few colorful splatters of paint adorning the walls. But, there was still the faint smell of blood around, mixing in with a salty undertone. All in all, not the worst place to live in. The bomb was just standing there, looking rather happy at the prospect of a guest in his home.

· · · 🍯 Bee looked around curiously, avoiding some glass before coming to a stop. It seemed like Jet had been here for a while. She was honestly just surprised the cops hadn't found this place and arrested his ass. Though... He seemed pretty strong, so that would most likely be a difficult task. She liked the paint, though. Nice touch!

@wherecanigetsome; love their character bumblebee, I think buzz is darling, and they have great writing — for their age especially ! I wasn't anywhere near as good as they are at their age. if writing brings them joy I hope they continue to pursue it, because i've no doubt they'll only get better and better.

A COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF SCENARIOS
distant howls spoke of blood. the air grew still —– the forest unusually hushed as if pensive, and geid knows this enemy. bee asks what’s wrong and they’re suddenly aware of their marred features, their rows of teeth pushing to the surface, but can’t bring themselves to smooth back out. it makes it more difficult to form words in a tongue buzz would understand. what he grinds out is short and garbled. “ — bad.”
the unnatural sounds crescendo as the pack of wretched corpses close in around them. all range in lopsided proportions with mismatched limbs, eyes and skin; a cobbled, horrific display of misused talent and a blatant disregard for death as well as life.
geid steps forward, a towering defense in front of bee. their form slowly begins to lose their regular cohesion. strings of saliva and ooze fly out from their mouth as they let out a guttural battle cry. his first strike sends one of the canine creatures with jutting hipbones flying while another dives to bite him —– its maw bubbles and melts away on contact. it yips loudly but is unable to pull back as it’s head is consumed by geid. the grass underneath geid dies from the toxicity of their form as they trudge forward.
a third sneaks up from behind, its teeth gnashing at bee’s heels. “ ahh ! bad dog - !! ” buzz sharply kicks it away and glances over just in time to see geid’s maw opened wide enough to swallow the fourth creature whole, with many great rows of jagged teeth. it’s the largest of all of them but it screeches painfully loud as it’s eaten, unable to get away.
—– then all is quiet. geid is unmoving until he begins to pull himself together. visage reformed, he sinks to the dead forest floor and drops his head into his hands.

🍯 Well, the bullet worked. Sort of. She jumped, almost tripping and falling over herself. That gave Jamie some time to catch up, not enough to completely close the gap. But it slowed her. Of course he had a gun. In her panic, she screamed at the man pursuing her, without looking back.
🐝 “ I f-f-fucking KNEW you were a cop ! ”
🍯 Looking around, she made a sudden 90° turn so fast it should have broken her ankles, and dashed towards the edge of the roof. When she got close enough, she leapt over to another rooftop, continuing to run.
“HEY – what? not a cop! what the hell! responsible gun owner! ” he yells back. …the ‘responsible’ part may be a blatant lie considering the situation at hand. but he is licensed to carry! his expression twists in disgust at the cop accusation — all those assholes do is make his job much harder.
“now stop running!” his voice strains as he hops over to the next rooftop. this is such an obnoxious workout. it’s normally him being chased, not the other way around.
“please…!”
· · · 🍯 A growl comes from them. Why should they stop? He's trying to shoot them, for fucks sake! They push ahead, the glow from their eyes increasing in intensity. Bee looks back to fire off an insult. ...But she fails to realize that she's approaching the edge of the rooftop. And she wouldn't be able to jump to any other buildings.
· · · 🐝 “ oh yeah , SURE ! RESPONSIBLE is exactly what you aren't ! ”
· · · 🍯 As they look back, it registers. They stop, just inches from what would have been a five-story fall at least. The momentum that came from that leads them falling backwards onto their rear.
Send “lethal protection” to have my muse kill someone in order to protect your muse.
Send “the dead can’t hurt you” for your muse to kill someone in order to protect my muse.
jamie deserves a dramatic musical number.
A musical NUMBER? No this man needs a whole ass Broadway MUSICAL. You need at least two acts to unpack all of his bullshit- /lh
