Taste testing some Dewazakura Dewasansan, Junmai Ginjo sake we bought at Astor Wines in NYC, the city where staff picks are mad on point. I love sake! Along with beer and gin it's one of the few alcoholic drinks I don't have to pretend to like 😅 (at London, United Kingdom)

It's Bún time, baby! One of my favorite summer dishes: cooled rice vermicelli noodles with shredded carrot, cucumber, mint, peanut, and protein (fried tofu here, lemongrass chicken or beef is also great). Fried onions or garlic can be a nice addition as well. Dressed with either Nuoc Cham (fish sauce based) or a sauce made with soy sauce, lemon, garlic, sugar, and chillies. 😻 (at London, United Kingdom)
