In my defense, I never specified a maximum time before my next minecraft shader update...

I talked with the person I was helping make this effect for, and he said it was fine if it didn't have an outline.

Apparently that's what the majority of other implementations of this do as well!

Anyways, I put together a documented vertex and fragment pass for him, and it's now up to him to work on the mixins(?)

I might try other effects later, if anyone has suggestions, please shout them out! I'll probably end up making them (if I don't get too busy with the foliage renderer I'm starting on soon)
