We both have have walls built so high, we come so close to telling each other how we feel- but nether of us has the courage. We both knew deep down the day we met- it was something beautiful, yet that scared us- and so we played games, until one of us disappeared forever. I will always remember you, the smile you still bring on my face from those memories. We each would -like little children scared of being caught- come and peak over each others walls every once in a while , only to run away, lie, make any excuse of not being caught of the reason we really came by to see each other : because we had hope. The pain of never telling you will be with me forever- for very rare a chance to have made excuses to keep you around when you seemed to only break me down- that's how I knew you were special. That's when I knew it was safer to run away from you as far as I could. To keep the laughter you have given me, than to take a chance and be left with nothing. I guess, it's true what they say- when you really liked someone, you will wish them the best- and as much as I wish it was me standing there with you, I am happier knowing we have the youth of our time, living in our memories- and someone stable to keep you happy with age.
