Another wonderful meeting of the Whirling Omelet Pluses: food excellent good ambience although Nirvan Service good but they were missing spoons Good coffee in french presses brought to the table Minus Menu was a bit small

Welcome to the first Sunday Brunch Review!
THE BUCKEYE in Mill Valley A wonderful hunter's lodge atmosphere. Comfortable booths and tables, airy, sunny... a huge fireplace... near the Mill Valley/Stinson Beach Exit, although this doesn't detract from the elegant ambience. This is a delightful place. One of the BEST overall experiences of brunch that our accomplished foursome has encountered. A+ From the first sip of Peerless coffee to the last bit of the hush puppy potatoes we were all in agreement that the food was excellent. Nirvan and Stephen had the bacon-sausage and scrambled eggs. A standard kind of brunch but made at a clear gormet level; with avocado, and goat cheese. Pritama had the eggs benedict that were cooked to perfection, with one ding for not having it served a bit hotter. Nirmal had the eggs florentine for which she said, "...the best I've ever had." and she could not stop raving over the hush puppy potatoes. On the service side, very professional staff, friendly and on whole oriented toward quick service. Only one time did a bus boy interupt our conversation by having us pass the empty to him.... a minor infraction for an otherwise very delight experience.
