Got to to nerd out rq, based on how the humorous (upper arm bone) moves on the glenohumeral joint (shoulder joint? literally where your shoulder meets your upper arm) and bones dont bend in the middle so therefore the rest of Lukey's arm is either in Pangis' lap or he is bending his elbow back towards himself but either way their entire upper arms are just completely touching, this is also the placement for holing hands.
