The gift shop aka “the Ice Cream Shop” was just as adorable as the rest of the museum! I loved all of the patches and enamel pins. It was so hard to resist buying everything in the store, but I ended up buying a sprinkles patch and 2 stickers.

Eugene has a lot of murals! I loved the textures and line work of this one
Spent a week in Summer visiting some of Rivka’s family in Eugene, Oregon! I used to go to Oregon when my family and I did road trips. It was great to see the Eugene Rose Garden <3
To catch our flight on time, we had to leave our house around 9:30, catch a bus to the airport around 10:30 and then spend the night at the airport until a flight around 6:45 am
Rivka and I visited a cafe that doubles as a bookstore in Milan and the barista gifted me a bunch of vintage postcards. I spent the next few hours writing to friends and pen pals. I put out a blurb on my other social media pages to write post cards to folks. Many of these found new homes! I love writing letters and receiving mail :) I drew pictures and wrote on postcards alllll night.
Midnight snacks and cappuccino in the airport
You can get macaroons at McDonalds in Italy!
Me and Rivka by the canals :)
This shelf was in a coffee shop that doubles as a bookstore. I saw some vintage postcards and wanted to buy some. Rivka asked the barista how much they were and she said that they weren’t for sale, and that I could just have some as they just find them in old books. Being a lover of mail and vintage things, I was so stoked!!!!!! :D
Last breakfast and Last Supper in Milan. I have so much gratitude for folks who have helped make this trip amazing.

Some cool art from Museo Del Novecento! It was really neat to see some Italian artwork. While it wasn’t the most diverse museum, it was cool to see different perspectives newer and old.
This swing set was tucked into an alleyway while we were on our way to Museo Del Novacento. It was supposed to be a “reminder of play and imagination for grown ups”. Swinging in the middle of the fashion district.
Art inside the subway station <3 <3 <3 <3.
People sometimes put locks on the bridge of the canal. Cool idea :)
Capresi Salad for dinner :)

Navigli was by far my favorite part of our trip. The water was really relaxing and people were so lively! A lot of buildings had street art too. At night it was all lit up. :) There was a tattoo shop that I had heard about around here, but decided not to get any ink this trip.
Milan’s canals are both gorgeous and functional. They were constructed to transport various items from nearby lakes such as marble which was used to construct Duomo.
It’s good to know that #RESIST culture is universal. Found in a park.
