My trust issues can be summed up like this: I refuse to read unfinished fanfiction, even if the tags promise me a happy ending.
I don’t trust the tags. If it’s still ongoing, you can change your mind. I’ll read it when it’s done.

It terrifies me to start writing fanfiction in English.
Here's the thing. I've been in the fandom world for quite some time and, in fact, I've been writing for a long time, but I've only done so in my native language, which is spanish.
Lately, I've been thinking that it might be good to start writing in english as well, but I'm terrified of making a mess or looking ridiculous on a scale of Mount Everest, where my only option would be to change my name and flee to the desert to survive the humiliation.
I can speak English, but speaking it and a couple of replies in comments is totally different from writing a whole story. So, does anyone have any advice?
MAY YOU NEVER LOSE YOUR HYPERFIXATION
unfortunately, my nervous system cannot tell the difference between being chased by a lion and posting a fic on ao3
sometimes I forget that there are people who spend their lives completely unaware of this.
"You look happier" Yeah, an ao3 user commented on my first fic in a new fandom and thanked me for sharing my work.
canon: they had insane chemistry but never ended up together, sorry!
ao3 author *cracks knuckles*: yeah right, we’ll see about that.
from this article, which is well worth the read, if only for the fun of seeing zuck get dunked on

finally free
I am finally free!
The horrible final exam season is over and I passed everything! My first assignment was to watch "K-Pop Demon Hunters! I loved it!
I'm currently still attending classes and have unfinished college readings, but nothing will stop me from reading fanfiction! I should finish writing all the drafts I have of my own fanfiction, but I'm going down a rabbit hole!
Oh, and I also found out that, based on my professional future, I should watch my digital footprint. Too late though.

I have a question
I'm writing a fanfiction, which is based on the protagonist, whose younger brother recently committed suicide, discovering that many other boys have recently died, all driven to end their lives after playing a game through messages. Currently, I don't know whether to give this idea a paranormal focus or let everything happen due to mere human malice.
I don't even know if this fanfiction will have any romance in the future. For now, it's an idea that was born purely from my mind obsessed with a strange concept. (The fanfiction will be about a K-Pop group, I don't know if that's relevant?)
What do you think?
Paranormal focus
Human malice
