JUST WANT TO SHARE SOMETHING I NOTICED ABOUT GARNET REAL QUICK :D

so this is garnets first fusion form (shortly after ruby and sapphire met) and you see how the blue (representing sapphire) and the red/pink (representing ruby) and separated? This is because they aren't fully comfortable giving up any parts of themselves, although they like each other. They have not known each other for long and are still learning about who they are both separately and together. And she is also still figuring out if this fusion between two different gems is ok.

now here is garnets more modern version (no i'm not using her current one because this one works better for the point i am making :P) as you can see she is much more purple on her and less seprated blue and red/pink. Ruby and sapphire have now kinds become one perosn (if that makes sense lol) they know who they are and love each other without a doudt, there is also still some seprateion with colors, although it is much less drastic as the first desgin. they are now comfortble with who they are and what they are. they have also now execpted that their love is beatuiful. <3

I also love that Garnet’s new design is them combined but a small part of her is half red and half blue as they learned to exist separately as themselves while still being together
