Oh hey while I’m here here’s Mark being attractive.
He plays the Professor in my webcomic. Go check that out if you haven’t. :)
There isn't enough love around for this man
I just fell out of my bed because I flailed at YouTuber who described the Doctor Who TV movie as “very disappointing.” I have issues, but I will defend Paul and the Movie to my death.
In the words of The Doctor, quite right too
Im watching Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone
Me: I can't look at Vernon Dursley the same after Withnail and I
Jenny: I know right? I'm like, you wanted to bum Paul McGann
Me: I never thought I'd relate to him so much.
Celebrating David Tennant’s father, the Very Rev Dr Alexander (Sandy) McDonald
David and his dad have appeared together on television (and on DVD special features) many times:
Ready, Steady, Cook (2005)
David’s Doctor Who video diary for Season 2
David’s episode of Who Do You Think You Are (2006)
A cut scene from The Runaway Bride (running past David’s parents & nieces - he playfully gives Julie Gardner grief on the commentary track for cutting the scene that featured his family)
When David won the Spirit of Scotland award but couldn’t attend the ceremony (due to Doctor Who filming), he sent a video message and his dad picked up the award in-person (2007)
Doctor Who episode The Unicorn and the Wasp
Doctor Who Confidential for The Unicorn and the Wasp (Nemesis)
The National Television Awards (2015)
Reblogging this today in a very special tribute to a very special man, the Very Rev Dr. Sandy McDonald, who passed away this morning. [ news source ]
Very sad indeed
Sleepy cuddling.
This is my favorite shirt😁
Love it
That would be nice. Yeah, it would be, wouldn’t it?
"We're All stories in the end, just make it a good one"
Those theories about that the Doctor just pretended that he didn’t remember Clara… When I think about it, I do believe they are true! Because they make sense! And maybe we’ll get to know something more in the Christmas special… Some hints or so. Maybe Twelve and River will mention Clara at some point…
He did say he had an echo of a memory
Eighth Doctor
Ever since the Doctor Who tv movie almost twenty years ago (which I saw when it first aired lucky me), I thought the one thing – the one thing! – the notoriously never-let-anything-go Who fandom agreed on was to NEVER AGAIN bring up the whole half-human thing. So I decided to do this gifset to completely take my mind off it.
Oh wait…
(And yes, the four kids joke is exactly as awesomely terrible as you think it is. With an emphasis on the awesomely. And also on the terrible. I kind of love it.)
And now they've just kind of bought the half human thing up on tv
I NEED PETER CAPALDI PLAYING GUITAR ON ITUNES AND I NEED IT RIGHT FUCKING NOW

Face the Raven; Clara my Clara
Although I had expected Clara’s death (100%), at first I didn’t know how to feel about it (apart from being sad/heartbroken as hell)… Because I thought the reason for her death would be something better, higher than just a tragic circumstance, a tragic accident… Which is actually also quite big when I think about it… She was reckless, threw herself into it with all her bravery and cleverness, but it simply didn’t work out this time and she had to pay for it. It was really shocking - just as Moff had said.
I loved the ep overall. It was really good and passed quickly! I didn’t expect anything happy and I think death was a good end for Clara… At least in my opinion it’s much better than a memory wipeout, get lost/trapped somewhere without the Doctor or something like this. :) And I’m really happy she and Twelve could say (a beautiful) goodbye to each other because I was worried that Moff would rob us of this just like he robbed us of a kiss.
Well, I’d say that the saddest part of S9 is behind us. :) {I don’t think something will be worse/sadder than the loss of Clara… Maybe very, very close, but not sadder. :) }
I’m really looking forward to Heaven Sent because it’s gonna be really interesting, I’m sure… and the Doctor will get confronted with her death again. I’m curious about his behaviour after such a big loss in the upcoming eps. It’s gonna be a ride! :o
…
And I just want to say that I love Jenna Coleman… She was utterly brilliant in DW - and maily in the last two seasons with Peter. They were a storm together! They are the perfect team and have a beautiful friendship. :3
Thank You, Jenna Coleman! ♥ ♥ ♥
