Why do you hurt? "Because I deserve it."
"My bed." Hm? "No, I, I mean, y-your bed. Not mine. Sorry." <- was taught that they do not own anything anymore, not even themself
"They did hose me down pretty regularly.* Hose you down? "Oh, well, not really. Or, um, in the beginning they did, but eventually they started running actual baths for me. They just kept calling it 'hosing me down', so, you know, it stuck..."
"Thank you for the, um, the reward."
