Wally pouted at Oliver as he spoke about what happened. Call him a worrywart but he couldnât see how oliver could be so nonchalant about falling out of a bus - of all things. A soft âhmphâ noise left his lips as he pulled his husband down to his level to practically kiss the life out of him since oliver scared the life out of his. âDonât scare me like that again you big oaf. I canât have my husband getting hurt.â
Kissing his husband back, Oliver couldnât help but smile. If there were ever an upside to his accident proneness, it would be Wally needing to make sure he was okay.  âExcuse me, who are you calling an oaf? And youâve known me how long? I hurt myself pretty much every day. Sometimes more than once a day.â
wallyspade
âYou what?â Wally asked, eyes going wide as oliver revealed what had happened. Oliver was accident prone, sure. But this was certainly new one for the books. âAre you okay? you didnât get too hurt did you?â he asked, leaning up on his tippy toes to cup his husbandâs face.
âI fell. Out of a bus,â he clarified, laughing some more as he reassuringly squeezed his husbandâs hand.  âIâm fine, baby, promise. Just a few scrapes, nothing broken.â Rubbing their noses together, Oliver pecked Wallyâs lips a few times to keep him from freaking out.
wallyspade
âI mean yes thatâs true but youâve gotten better, ollie. nothing too bad has happened recently.â wally gave his husband a small smile, clasping both of his tiny hands around one of his husbandâs larger oneâs.
âWell, thatâs because you donât know I fell out of a bus today,â Oliver said with a laugh, bringing Wallyâs hands up to his lips and kissing them.

âHow is you having nine lives equivalent to the world being against you, babe?â
âBecause Iâm an accident magnet.â
âSo does anyone else ever feel like they have nine lives or is that just me and my feelings of the universe constantly against me?â
wallyspade
âYouâre unbelievable you know that?â Wally said playfully squinting his eyes at his husband. How could someone as sweet as him ever be considered rude? It was down right untrue. âTheyâre taking a much needed nap right now so nothing at the moment. We will however have to buy Olivia a new doll since Kaylee ripped the head off the one she had.â His eyes shut for a moment, feeling oliverâs lips on his skin. His husband always knew the right words to say. Itâs not like Wally could give a six month old a time out so the Spade apartment was interesting this afternoon to say the least. âIs that so? Well then I hope you enjoy the cookie dough tonight then and not your hot husband.â Wally let Oliver know, hands on his hips, as he purposely cocked it out making sure his husband got a good look at his favorite assists.
âUnbelievably handsome?â While Oliver was never usually this cocky, he more than enjoyed giving his husband a hard time. And no one ever believed him when he said Wally was the mean one, but it was true. At least when it came to Oliver.  âYou should probably join them, love, Iâm sure youâre exhausted too. Honestly I donât blame the girl for ripping its head off, dolls are creepy.â These were the times Oliver really felt for being away most of the time. Parenting was a two person job, and he hated putting it on Wally mostly. Especially when the girls were all very different people and often didnât get along.  âSee, now this is my point. If you had some manners and listened, you wouldâve heard that I said some would argue, I am not part of that some,â Oliver said pinching Wallyâs butt.

âMy mother did not spend money on etiquette classes for you to say that. Oh yeah? how cute am I?â Wally asked, giggling into the kiss. âIâm sure the kids would love that but visiting daddy at disney might have to hold odd until next week since they were a little fussy more so than usual today.â it was hectic at times but wally wouldnât have changed a single thing about their lives. They were both happy and in a good place - mostly oliver. with his new job, his husband had a new outlook and glow to him that wasnât there before. Wally couldnât even be that upset when Oliver took a scoop of cookie dough for himself. It was expected at this point. âExcuse me, there are fresh baked cookies over there if you want some. Next time you scoop some for yourself I wonât give you sex tonight.â
âWell it was a waste of money if you ask me, youâre rude as hell. It depends on how rude youâre currently being to me,â Oliver said playfully rolling his eyes.  âIâm sorry they were giving you a hard time today, baby, is there anything I can do?â Caressing Wallyâs cheek with his thumb, Oliver kissed his forehead softly. He always felt so bad for leaving his husband alone with their kids more often than not, so he always made sure to ask if there was anything he could do to make life easier for him right when he got home.  âExcuse me, I wanted some cookie dough, cookies are shit once theyâre baked and cooled, and some would argue that cookie dough is better than sex,â Oliver said with the tiniest hint of a smirk.

Feeling Oliverâs presence wally felt immediately at ease. Of course that didnât stop the small squeak that left his body when he felt Oliver hug him - something he should have expected by now. âWhere are my manners.â Wally said, turning around in his husbandâs arms. A gentle hand placed on his loverâs cheek as he leaned up to press their lips together. âHi baby. I missed you.â He mused, giving Oliver another sweet kiss. Call him sappy or needy but it was the truth. It missed oliver immensely when he wasnât around. âhow was work today?â he asked, going back to the task at hand. The petite brunette reached for chocolate chips, popping a few into his husbandâs mouth as he dumped the rest into the dough.
Hearing the soft squeak Wallyâs made when he hugged him, Oliver couldnât help but laugh a little at how cute his husband was. Â Why Wally was surprised by this, he had no idea, but he didnât care because it was adorable. Â âYour manners are nonexistent but you are forgiven because youâre cute and I missed you too,â Oliver said, smiling into the kiss. Â âIt was fun, as always, you and the kids should stop by one day soon and come visit, itâd be fun to mess with them.â Â Quitting his old job to work at Disneyland was the best decision Oliver had ever made. Â He was happy, and it showed in every other aspect in his life. Â He had become a better person, husband and dad ever since, and Oliver didnât think it could get better than this. Â And knowing that the few chocolate chips he was given wouldnât satisfy his sweet tooth, Oliver wasted no time in slipping a finger into the batch of cookie dough and stealing more than a little bit before immediately eating it so Wally couldnât stop him from doing so.
It had been quite the day for Wally. Trying to keep four kids under five preoccupied could be a challenge at times and today was exception seeing as though the twins were extra fussy today. Now however their apartment was filled with peace and quite as all the kids were down for a nap (that or distracted by the movie that Wally had put on for them.) Free to do what he wanted Wally was busy baking cookies. it had become a recent hobby of his and one that he loved. It involved food so how could he not love it? he was mixing a second batch when he heard the door open, knowing very well it was his husband. âhome already?â @whydidyoutakemeaway
Having gotten off of work early, Oliver was more than ready to go home. He loved his job, but he loved his family more. Being on winter break before going back to school for his final year, he took full advantage of the extra time he got at home, wasting not even the few moments of extra time. And as soon as he opened the door and the smell of cookies washed over him, Oliver was very glad he came home early. He loved that his hobby had become Wallyâs, except for the fact that his husband liked kicking him out of the kitchen.  âOh donât sound too excited, honeybunch, your excitement is blinding,â Oliver teased, immediately closing the gap between them and wrapping his arms around Wallyâs waist. Hugging him from behind, he kissed his husbandâs cheek a few times before resting his chin on Wallyâs head.
âokay, i know iâve been told i have a childish personality, but waitresses giving me children menus at restaurants is kinda getting out of hand. i donât think i look like iâm twelve or under.â
âHonestly, you should milk it for all itâs worth. Kidsâ menus have things to do, the food is cheaper and honestly better too, because mac and cheese and chicken tenders, what more do you need for a night out? Besides, youâre a beautiful girl and you shouldnât take that as an insult or saying that youâre not, and thereâs nothing wrong with being a child at heart.â
hunkydorynovak
Doryâs eyes widened in only mild panic. Â A forgotten birthday was a capital offense in her book. Â âWas I supposed to remember, too?â Â The boy didnât look familiar, but that really didnât mean much.
âDonât tell me you forgot too,â Oliver said as seriously as he could, but his smile gave it away.

Hey, donât judge me! I found some really cute wrapping paper and I wanted to put it to use. Fawn Everwood is many things, but she is not a procrastinator. Well, not when it comes to her friends.
Iâm not gonna judge, unless you forgot what you wrapped because itâs been in there so long, and the only way Iâll know that is if you tell me what it is before I open it. But at least itâs not wrapped in the pile of untouched homework Iâm sure youâve already started collecting.
fawneverwould
Would it make you feel better if I said Iâve had your gift wrapped and waiting for three months now?
I can understand having it for that long, but wrapped? Thatâs a tad bit extra, but an extra I appreciate.
So giving up coffee was a lot harder than I thought it would be. On the bright side this is only my fourth cup today. So Iâm going to take that as a win. Just let me have this one, alright?
One is a slip up, two is somewhat forgivable, but four? Where is your willpower?Â
wallyspade
I wished you a happy birthday, bub. I just didnât go all out since itâs your twenty-first and we canât do much except drink wine when we have four kids. But itâs saturday now so if you want iâm so I can call my parents so we can have a late date night for your birthday.
See, now Iâm offended because it wasnât my 21st. I can forgive âforgettingâ my birthday, but Iâm hurt now and you need to make it up to me.
