Do you ever want it to be a specific time of day forever?

yeah sometimes. i’ve always loved late afternoons. but i wouldn’t really want that to be permanent because every time of day holds something different. the morning light is great because it provides peace and hope, nighttime is nice and quiet and i can finally go out without being disturbed by all the people but the darkness can be so scary and lonely knowing there’s nobody awake to save me if i need help, daytime is loud and overstimulating but knowing there’s people around can provide a comfort that other times of day can’t, and afternoons are the most fun, everyone finally finishes work and school and can finally play or rest, it’s not too quiet but not too loud, not too bright but not too dark. but without the juxtaposition, all the comforts and perks of different times of day wouldn’t feel as good.
