SELLING CHARACTER: looking for offers

Hiya! I have this @maxpawb design I really want to re-home. He's my old fursona who I really loved using, but nowadays I just don't think he fits me anymore and I feel bad for having him just sit around and collect dust.

I'm not sure how to evaluate characters, really, but he has quite a few commissioned pieces of art and a lot of gift art on top of that. I'm hoping for money or money and character offers. Bare minimum I'm looking for is 250 USD.
