Gino hadn’t seen his friend in a while. It had been a couple years since he graced the streets of New York and hearing that Holden was here? Nah, that shit didn’t surprise him in the slightest. Holden had always been the trouble maker, the one whose mouth ran faster than it should have and ended him up in more fights than needed, but Gino, while a little older than Holden, had always had a connection with him.
Making his way to the back of the Gym where they had decided to meet, Gino greeted his old friend with sneaking up behind him and engaging him in a headlock. “What up, fucker? Been arrested lately?” He teased, pushing holden away from him but not after running his knuckles over the boys scalp.
Hands stuffed into the pockets of his mesh shorts as he awaited his friend, when the arm came around his head and pulled him into a headlock, Holden not actually expecting it reacted on instinct. Pushing back against the body pressed tight to his own, he broke himself free before pulling his arm back as if to strike out at his ‘attacker’. “You motherfucker.” Growling out the words the moment he took in Gino’s face, Holden holding back on punching the bastard in the face instead reached out to pull the punk into a hug. “Dude, I was about to knock you the fuck out.” Chuckling as he spoke, he shrugged. “Lately? Nah, but I did wind up in this hell hole so there was an arrest. The fuck are you doing here though? Last I checked, your ass is a bit too old to be going to school here.”
