30's AB/DL from SoCal into diapers, girls, and boys! I enjoy ageplaying as a toddler, but am also quite capable of being a daddy for littles in need. I don't mind changing diapers (even stinky ones) and love to tease big babies about their crinkle butts :) I am a bit of an intellectual and would enjoy speaking with someone like me who is into a wide variety of things like books, culture, music, technology, history, and just knowledge in general. Just like everyone else here when I'm in the right mood I do enjoy to take a step back and embrace the child within. Hello WS, I only just recently got into messing my diapers, more for turning it into something I enjoy to do, versus being in the bathroom for long periods of time, because of crohn's disease. How is it that you are able to poop in any position without a care? I'm heavily inspired by your videos, but discouraged because I have a hard time even doing it while squatting. Please keep up the good work!

A diet with plenty of fiber makes all the difference. I grimace when I see vids of people taking several minutes just to do the deed. The typical western diet causes constipation.

Eat a big meal with a lot of fiber and augment with psyllium husk if you’re crazy like me. Pretty simple really.

What kind of diapers are those blue ones?

They are a cheap generic that I obtained a large number of a few years ago. They are not made with plastic backing anymore unfortunately. So thin I use two at a time usually.

A few thing about myself I'm an average young person who is in his own battle between him and his abdl side. A few day ago I did something I dreamed of for years. I ordered an ABDL Diaper from the internet. I did this using Ebay and gift cards. I was so nervous because I had no idea how I was going to get it from the mailbox without my parents noticing. Because I ordered the sample pack it was a lot easier to get than I thought. I ordered Bambino Magnifico because of the thickness...

Good for you man. I kept it all from my parents for many years living with them. Be patient and know that it will get better!
