Feel free to share. I have been taking the capsules daily for just ONE month now and already am feeling and seeing the benefits for it. For those who know me, know that I struggle constantly with chronic fatigue, chronic anxiety, ptsd, which give me hair loss, (years with hair extensions) and my hair just never grew ...... I always felt I was running on empty. I had no energy-EVER!!!! I have terrible trouble sleeping and have bouts of depression .... but the suffocating anxiety for over 20 years now was the worst! It has ruled and affected my life so much that I was granted the disability pension 4 years ago. *****EDIT*****You can all share, please leave a comment when you do 😘😘😘 I think it's about time I shared my story rather than others 🙈 although I do love reading them all as they are incredible. After having twin boys 👶👶(now 6 months old) I wasn't looking for weight loss straight away as I knew it will take time... but I needed something to give me more energy 💪 I was #exhausted all the time 😪😴 (you don't know what sleep deprivation is until you have multiples) things were hard and to top it up I also had Samuel (2,5 years old) to look after too. So 3 children under 3 to look after by very tired mummy. I had some amazing friends 👭👭 to help me when I just couldn't do it, which I'm forever grateful 😘😘😘😘😘 My hair, nails, skin were not great after pregnancy & I am also breastfeeding so all the goodness that was in my body was taken by my babies... I originally started with #PremiumCapsules 🍇🍎🍏🌽🌶🍆to help me boost my immune system and help with exhaustion. I took them for couple of weeks then my babies started to be unsettled, so I thought it was because of them so I stopped for couple of weeks. Amazing Amy Ahhhh man I'm sooooo happy I just have to share!!!! So some of your may know iv got a horrible disease called #crohns it's one of the most invisible diseases people think your fine because you look "fine" but if you saw my colon you wouldn't think that at all trust me it's a mess and causes me a lot of trouble in my life for example; •tiredness •utter severe gut pain •very low immune system •going to the toilet alot(sorry) •achey joints •sickness •flare ups These are just a few oh and the 7 tablets I have to take each day(this time last year it was 14 tablets) Anyway iv been for a routine check up today and he is so pleased with my progress and how I'm coping with the stinking disease he doesn't want to see me for a year, I usually go every 3-6 months! All I can say is Thank you #juiceplus because before I was introduced to JP I couldn't control my disease at all, I was in contestant paint and tired all the time and when you have two young children thats not acceptable as you #mums will know!!!
