honey: when your muse loves someone (whether it be romantic, platonic, or familial love), how do they show it?
Wirt is the type of person who likes to use the more subtle approach when it comes to displaying his love for them. He has never been the type of person who likes to be ‘loud’ and ‘in your face’ about it, be it in the romantic, platonic or familial sense, it will never be so out in the open for everyone else to see. Instead, whenever he expresses his love, he does it in a way where only the person he is expressing it towards knows about it but not everyone else. Be it him sitting in silence next to the person and listening to them talk (or simply just sitting in silence with them if that is what they want to do), a gentle caress against the palm in reassurance that maybe if he’s feeling bold enough could lead to hand holding, or even just by the comfortability he has with the person. Like, every special person in Wirt’s life, he has a different way of expressing the way he feels towards them, as sometimes with the likes of Greg, Beatrice, or Prescott, he may have no choice but to be a little more loud with his affections because that is how they are themselves, but regardless of whether he sometimes looks ‘annoyed’ or ‘exasperated’ by them, if you look closely at him, there is a certain gleam in his expression that speaks otherwise. But then with other people say Kitty, Belle or Layla, who Wirt can be more calm with, he knows he can act exactly as such and be more himself along with that same gleam within his expression. He just overall, isn’t as open as other people may be about it.
black: does your muse have a ‘bucket list?’ list some things your muse wants to accomplish before they die.
Honestly, not really. One would think after almost losing his younger brother when they both themselves were young that Wirt would have one, but he actually doesn’t. He is for the most part already content enough with the way his life currently is going, as it already had changed for the better in comparison to before and if he were to die sometime soon, there wouldn’t be so many complaints with it....well, that is what he would say. But either way, he doesn’t. Maybe he would like to see what comes of his students in the future and be reassured that he had actually done something in his life to help them with their own paths, and he definitely wants Greg to still be as over zealous and imaginative as he still is even as an adult, but otherwise there’s nothing.
coral: what is your muse’s romantic and sexual orientations?
Okay, this is something I have been going back and forth with especially with Wirt and the main conclusion I came up with is that Wirt is romantically heterosexual as he never once felt any romantic feelings for a man before within his entire life and most likely still won’t. But sexually, I will say he is more grey heterosexual than anything else, because let’s face it, the jealousy and sometimes dire need Wirt has to compare himself to others, i.e. other men, could stem from other types of tension. But for the most part, he’s heterosexual.
