That screenshot of Saitama sittin alone with dinner and waitin for Genos to come home has ENDED ME OKAY?! Like I don’t even care how anyone interprets their relationship This fandom has had discussion after discussion about their views of these two together But I DARE you to try and tell me that Saitama and Genos don’t genuinely love each other And to all the fuckboys out there, FYI, there is so much more to love than just romance! These two have one of the most genuine domestic friendships I have ever seen in an anime, and they have only known each other for a few months! Genos barged into Saitama’s life and made him feel like he was worth everything he deserves and Saitama has made Genos, a cyborg who was blinded by rage and who viewed himself as nothing more than a war machine, realize that he is in fact still human So many people go crazy over the anime because it is so action packed and funny But these OVAs have shown SO MUCH more: emotion and feeling but more importantly, character development of the two main characters. Two characters who have gone through their own struggles Two characters who have been dumped on by the reality of life Two characters who are socially awkward and struggle with said life Two characters who found each other and bonded and have both grown so much from just being together and learning from one another Two characters that have gone from just living, to enjoying their lives and having something to live for And I think that is pretty freakin amazing

Something that pleases me greatly is the fact that this latest chapter provided TWO more tallies towards the feelings from both Saitama’s and Genos’ sides. One more instance showing how Saitama Cares for Genos’ safety, and another example of the many ‘Genos Declarations’ in the story that pledges his unwavering faith in Saitama. Thanks ONE and Murata! 8D For fleshing out their feelings even more than what was shown in the webcomic! Such moments will only continue to increase as the series progresses~
