it’s okay to be sad sometimes. it’s okay to feel like dying late at nights. it’s okay to don’t like yourself time by time. it’s okay you feel like no one cares about you. it’s okay to have dark thoughts, to enjoy the sin or to don’t care about anyone. it’s okay you don’t feel like you belong here. it’s okay that you don’t have a squad and feel alone most of the time. it’s okay to feel the way you feel about yourself. it’s okay because everything has a purpose, it’s okay because it’s normal, it’s okay because we all feel this way time by time. it’s okay because it’s the way you feel about yourself, it’s okay because it’s all here to make you understand life. it’s okay because your experiences, thoughts and emotions will lead you to your greats self. it’s okay, just never give up.
Take a deep breath, let go of what’s out of your control, and trust that everything will work out in the end. It’s easy to get caught up in worrying about the future, but remember that the only thing we can control is the present. Focus on today, and trust that the future will take care of itself.
2023:
Even the smallest joy matters, even if it doesn’t last. Life is supposed to be enjoyed and it is not morally reprehensible to do so.
Your health matters more than any material thing you sacrifice it for.
Life is not supposed to be made of sacrifices.
Your dreams are not too big “for someone like you”. You are not too small to dream big.
Everything is temporary. Use the time you have to love and be loved, to enjoy this life a little, to create the relationships you seek, the safe home you need.
Community is what kept us evolving. The human thing is to ask for help.
Perfectionism is the enemy if you want to get things done. Progression above perfection, always. You don’t have to be so anxious to prove your worth, you are already enough. You can do this.
Guilt and shame are common emotions to us all, but they should not dictate your whole life.

Don't let your regrets make you so angry that you keep self-hating in hopes of that it will somehow help your self-improvement.
You won’t notice any improvements when you criticize everything you do. Self-hate puts you in a place of constant unhappiness since you are bullying yourself all the time, and you won’t ever be satisfied with what you do. Regretting the past might make it hard to let go of what happened, but it still something worth working on, just as you can work on seeing yourself with some neutrality. At first, it may seem impossible, especially if you’re so used to thinking self-deprecating things about yourself. Please remember that what you say to yourself matters, that you do start believing your thoughts, and affirmations might seem silly at first, but changing the way you speak to yourself helps. If positive affirmations sound absurd to you, try neutral ones.
Maybe it’s harder for you to say you are special but you can try saying that you don’t have to special to be treated with the same kindness as anyone else because you’re a human just like everyone else. Try noticing the language you use with yourself and change it, but that change doesn’t come fast, so be patient, but please don’t criticize every little thing you do, it won’t make you suddenly become a better person. If it helped, it wouldn’t make you so miserable.
At the end of the day, try thinking about what you managed to do, not what you should have done, and what you could have done better, it will save you from some self-criticism and from more regret. Don’t over-analyze everything you do: most people don’t notice these things. And if your self-hate was learned from someone who demanded perfection from you and criticized the smallest things you did, please remember that not everyone will do that to you. I’m sorry someone taught you that hatred, but it simply is not true, they were wrong for doing that and they were wrong about what they thought of you. None of the things they analyzed so harshly were big moral flaws, and their hatred disguised as constructive criticism was never valid, none of those things were true. It is possible to walk away from that and change how you see yourself, however slowly it seems at first. I believe your worth so much more than this hatred, and I hope soon you believe it too.
