Other than the horrific imprinting of BD1, the biggest crime of that movie was the lack of Jacob and Leah moments.

I cannot stress this enough.

Their friendship in the books is the only that FED ME while reading that monstrosity. The banter, the progression, the realization of how much they had in common, the respect they gained from eachother, FOR A SECOND JACOB IMAGINED MOVING AWAY WITH LEAH AS HIS BETA-
