ok i've seen some mutuals talk about "killing bugs for no reason" and that people should not do that. and i agree.

but then i see "it doesn't matter if it scares you"

okay.. yeah if you're mildly afraid, it shouldn't die.. you should find a way to get it outside

but i have killed ants and i will kill ants if i find them in my room. i have a severe phobia of infestation and ants in large numbers. i cannot see them in my room or house without panicking. i had a close call a month or two ago with ants on the wall next to my bed, and i was so scared i could barely look at them. yes i killed them. i don't think that is "no reason". there were many of them and i was terrified of the thought that it could become an infestation. so i killed them.

i don't go around killing ants outside whenever i see them. if i see an ant next to where i'm sitting next to me i'll probably just get scared and move. i won't kill it. but once it's in my home, specifically in my room, i will kill them.
