Today we went to Craigside to visit the house of the inventor Lord Armstrong. It was really interesting to see his inventions and how he lived. He was very well off and he spend a lot of money on technology such as elevators to keep his housemaids happy.

On Thursday it was my 18th birthday and Tobias and I went to Dublin to celebrate and to be there on st. Patricks day. It was I really good trip with a lot of sightseeing, good food and just an amazing atmosphere on Monday. It was I little similar to Distortion in Copenhagen, everybody was wearing green and just partying and having a good time! Tomorrow we are going to Craig side for our cultural visit and on Sunday we are going home to Copenhagen again!

This week has been interesting. Monday was, like last week, just a regular Monday. On Tuesday we played 6-a-side football, which always is a lot of fun! On Wednesday the whole class went to Bradford. We went to kala sangam, a museum showing Indian art and artforms. We learned a Indian dance and a song, it was very interesting. After that we had a traditional Indian meal. After that we went to the national media museum and we made our own advertisement for the museum, which also was very funny.

Thursday and Friday just went by and on Saturday Tobias, Thomas and I went to Durham city at night to meet some friends. Today is just going with watching movies and relaxing before tomorrow and next week

Today it's sunday and i thought it was about time to make a little update about this week! Monday was, like many other mondays, a day that just needed to pass as fast as possible! Tuesday after school Tobias, Thomas (our host brother) and I went to 'soccarena' to play football. It was a lot of fun and we all enjoyed it! On Wednesday we went to Beamish Museum and the Metro Centre for our cultural visit. Maria turned 19 so we took the bus to Newcastle and had a great meal at a nice restaurant called ZaZa. On Thursday I had football practice after school After school on Friday a couple of us went to Newcastle and we had a very nice day and evening! On Saturday nothing really happened so Tobias and I went for a walk in Durham town and went for lunch at Bella Italia. Today, Sunday, Tobias and I have been to football practice and now we are watching the Arsenal-Liverpool game! All in all it has been a very good week and I am looking forward to another great one!

Today was a really good day! After School Tobias, Maciej and I went to Durham City to shop. I bought a shirt, a pair of jeans and a pair of boots. When we finished shopping we went to a Mexican restaurant and ate late lunch. The food was really good, so we'll probably be going back! When Tobias and I got home we changed into football clothes and went to play a 6-a-side match with our host brother Thomas. The other team played really dirty but we still won the game 5-3! All in all it was a really nice day!
