So, my phone thinks I still have a car parked somewhere.

Pool Willi, I hope he is well.

I just hope he will not vanish from the surface of the earth, when I click on the „Remove Car“ button..

As a final result from the trip, many issues piled up.

There is the broken exhaust pipe, some parts of the steering are broken, the water pump for the windshield wipers broke down, honking does not work and some cosmetic details..

The garage said it would be very costly, to fix that all. Also the main inspection must be done. On the other hand: I am now changing jobs, and don’t need a car anymore.

This is sad, but I decided to sell Willi. I found some nice guy, who repairs cars as a hobby. He seems nice and will fix Willi to give him a new life.

Goodbye Willi. Thank you Willi, it was a fun time!

The story of the trip is not finished.

Willi was doing great most of the time.

On the return trip some hole got punched into the exhaust, and suddenly the engine noises were very loud.

It was almost at the end, so we managed to arrive safely.

The sound is great, but also annoying. Brought Willi to the garage..

Last week I was not really in Berlin but in the countryside north of it.

The navigation software in my phone got really confused with that rural area, so it directed me to drive over that bridge.

Thanks but no thanks, I guess Willi is too fat for that!

Last week I drove with Willi to Berlin. On the way we reached another milestone: 222222 kilometers!

This is where I left Willi this morning in Leipzig. Serious Business went great, and we are both happy now!

Next stop will be Berlin! Nice!

So Willi drove me to Leipzig today, as I have important business to do there tomorrow. It was a nice ride.

So I cleaned Willi today. He is happy now!

Ahh, Willi, what did they do to you?

Someone bumped into you. I don’t know who it was and why. I just found Willi crying in the parking lot.

The car mechanic said he won’t fix it, because there was already a bump in the same place, and if he tries the fix from the previous bump will fall off, it won’t look that pretty and will be highly expensive.

He recommended to put a sticker onto it.

Guess this one is okay.

Look at that. Last week one of the lights broke. So here is the photo where I can look if I’m buying the right replacements.

Worked like a charm - replacing light bulbs of a corsa is pretty easy. Unfortunately it is very cold, that’s why I’m wearing gloves.

Now Willi can be seen again when it’s dark.

I totally forgot to write something about it.

Guess what, who is stronger - Willis side mirror or some big truck?

Turns out the truck won this time. I‘ve been blinded by the sun, so I was not aware that there is a Truck next to me, next thing I know is that the mirror was broken.

The truck driver was very kind and laughed very hard at me. I found some new mirror right on eBay: 20 bucks, 10 minutes of work, and everything was fine again.

So I won‘t complain, everything could have been much worse.

Last week was trouble for Willi.

He went to the garage to get his tires changed for winter.

But the mechanic discovered that the left front break never loosened itself completely. So Willi always breaked a little.

That permanent breaking caused the steering mechanism to get loose and made some damage there.

Steering was fixed, the break got renewed, and tires changed.

I lost nearly 700 Bucks there - quite much for just changing the wheels.

On the other hand, Willi now drives better than ever before, especially when in curves.
