WILSON’S WORLD AU:

When Wilson is trapped on the throne, the shadow portion of Charlie takes control and attacks Wilson, trying to steal his place. 

In this universe, Charlie manages to regain control of herself. Her kindness is not rewarded, however, as Wilson immediately panics and ‘defends himself’ with the closest tool available: the throne. Fearful for his life (and strangely dizzy himself,) He gets a bit carried away in his ‘self-defense.’ Drunk on the sudden pawn-to-king adrenaline, he steals Charlie’s powers and sends her into The Constant. 

You can take the girl out of the fuel, but you can’t take the fuel out of the girl. The revenge she dwelled on for decades was suddenly ripped from her hands, and she is still understandably enraged by the mere sight of Maxwell, who she is now forced to be camp-mates with. 

But it’s not all so bad. Most of it is bad, but not all of it. She’s been reunited with her sister Winona, most all of the survivors are fairly decent people (excluding Maxwell,) and she’s learned a couple useful ways to vent her anger. Sometimes she really misses her ability to rip people in half, but she’s working through that. Mostly. A little.
