never thought i’d say this, but

there’s a certain nostalgia coming back here; i can’t quite place my finger on it, and i don’t quite know if i miss it either. unfortunately, though supernatural and the winchester boys still hold a place in my heart, one that will never be replaced, i have moved on to other things in my life and i simply do not have the time nor the desire to continue with this account. maybe i’ll come and visit here and there, but for the most part, i’m saying goodbye.

Sam releases Lucifer by mistake thinking that he was killing a powerful demon in season 4. Gets blamed for it even in season 9.

Cas releases Lucifer knowing that it’s a bad idea, but thinking of it as a last resort. Is told that he did the right thing.

How about, Sam doesnt look for Dean while he is in Purgetory, instead takes up with a girl.. sucks right? But he is hounded about it to the point where he is ready to kill himself (the trials) because he let Dean down, even though he was truly ALONE during this year. No Bobby, no Cas, no one at all to help him even if he knew where to start looking for Purgetory, but Dean makes 0 effort to look for Sam or get him out of Hell and immediately took up with a girl, even though he still had Cas and Bobby who could have helped. When he finds out Sam is alive, Dean bitches at him for not telling him sooner (which he probably should have done, but still) Doesnt bitch at Cas at all for knowing Sam is alive and not telling him, and only bitches at Bobby a little. Did anyone bitch at Dean for breaking the first seal by torturing souls in Hell? Of course not, but Sam has it thrown in his face for years that he accidentally freed Lucifer while trying to save the world, AND voluntarily threw himself into the Hell to put Lucifer back! I love this show, but I hate how Sam takes the brunt of abuse!
