I keep staying up late and oversleeping because my life is stressful and I'm terrible at coping with it.
My limbs used to get “stressed” and still do. It’s hard to explain. Two types I can think of.
1. Need to pop/stretch but stretching never satisfied 2. It gets angry
So I’ll start with angry one because I might forget. Maybe I’m writing with a pencil but my wrist or something gets “stressed”, and I get mad and break the pencil.
With the other, this happens more often. Sometimes I’ll feel the need to pop my hip or knuckles (used to be an avid body popper) and definitely with my hips they get stressed. It seems like no matter how much I stretch them or pop, they never destress.
This also reminds me, whenever I get my back popped or my long hair cut short, I feel no relief.
This probably doesn’t mean anything but I thought I’d put it down.
