Often when I go to a bar alone I order a cocktail then watch the bartenders work. For my second cocktail I sometimes ask the bartender to make me "whatever they want." This accidental stop was probably my favorite. Right next to yet another gorgeous Parisian church, Saint-Ambroise, the staff is friendly and the food is way too fresh to be as cheap as it is. It reminded me of when after school I would make myself a snack of pain, fromage, et des raisins. Sometimes I would heat up the pain avec le fromage, and this tasted exactly like that....
