We have a grapevine growing in front of the door of the family forge and I never really noticed the "Hephaestus' return to Olympus with Dionysus" vibes lol. It would be fun if Dionysus made a vine grow on the facade of Hephaestus' forge on Olympus after they're back. I do wonder what the symbolism of that myth is, why Dionysus specifically was the one to take him there. I always assumed it's just because he could forget his troubles with wine but I'm sure there's more behind it
Dionysus is a liberator.
His whole attribute is about releasing something, both the basic instincts of one's heart as well as literal liberations hence also being the one tricking Hephaestus with wine to release Hera from her binds. In a way also he releases Hephaestus from his hatred or bitterness for his mother not only by giving him wine (wine makes heart glad, says an old Greek proverb) but also setting things right between the two figures.
Dionysus is also in a way releaser of souls. Unlike Hermes who is the psychopomb aka the "sender of souls" Dionysus is known for going to the underworld and releasing souls from there including his mother Semele but others too. Conversely he is also the one to "release" Hephaestus from his punishment and return him or elevate him to the status of Olympus again or rather restore him back to his rightful place. Hermes is the one that sends the souls somewhere without return but Dionysus is known for his coming and going in the underworld as god of rebirth
Dionysus is also another figure that represents chaos but unlike Hermes he is not the archetype of trickster but rather this releasing chaos that sets things right eventually or sets things even.
Last but not least I think it is linked also with the fact that Dionysus was also technically elevated to Olympus from the status of de-facto semi-demigod (because he is not your typical demigod either given that he was also nourished by Zeus's essence when he carried the pregnancy to term in his thigh) so it makes sense that it is Dionysus of all people to send someone to the sky that currently resides on earth I suppose
These are at least the thoughts I have when I think the myth

Devotional art for Lady Artemis
Beloved Aphrodite, goddess who grants to us the greatest of joys, the harshest of sorrows, the sharpest of pleasures, the dearest of pains.
Aphrodite, freshest of Olympos’ flowers, your lightest touch can turn the hearts of men towards love; with voice sweet as honey, sweet as wine, you speak words of persuasion, we hear and heed, rapt in wonder.
O Aphrodite, grace and beauty surround you, where you pass, the roses bloom, with sweetest scent and sharpest thorn: with reckless hands we grasp them.
Aphrodite, born of blood in the cold salt sea, born of the fallen sky, goddess whose kindness can be so brutal, who cruelty we cherish, blessed are your children, blessed those your favor, blessed those who have felt your might, blessed those who dwell in your domain.
Aphrodite, honored one, incomparable one, with each breath I praise you.
