"As if I expect another?"

And he didn’t.

"I will make sure my siblings come, you have nothing to worry about."

But he had everything to worry about it. He just could not help it.

"And your point is?"

"Thank you for making sure your siblings will come."

Still it was part of the plan to show the Old Ones that they were serious about what they were doing, what they were about to do. This would mark the first time they would ever try and work together.

Things were changing weren't they?

"That we are both alike in that aspect. We do not really take action unless necessary. You watch, while I ensure to keep the peace. It is all I really desire." She explained.

"Until something happens that causes us the motivation to fight. Am I not right in the aspect?" 

"We sit on the sidelines until we evaluate the best cause of action."

"Smart. I like smart woman."

He leaned back on his heels, clasping his hands behind his back.

"Mm." Alright then. He was sure this was a ploy the guardians were attempting to use. At another attempt to rid the world of his kind. But then…she seemed different. She seemed keen on keeping peace between their species, he would take her word for it.

"You have a point." He wanted to say, what if there was no one he would like back? But that was a lie. 

"Oh, I know you don’t." And he would not let her.

"For once, I will say thank you. It will be the only thanks you get from me."

"In a few days, we will perform the resurrection. I expect you to be prompt as well as your family." 

A part of her was a bit surprised he had agreed to such an ordeal as this. A part of her was happy that perhaps there was a chance of peace between the two. 

"Solomon. If you are the shadows then I am the whispers." 

She didn't expect for them to have a conversation other then what was being said about bringing back their loved one. It may have been her best bet to leave now.

He had no reason to believe her. The guardians were just as sneaky as his kind was. To him, there was no difference between the two races…they only represented different causes. His…a much more violent one.

"I am not like my brothers, Susurre." And she knew that, and he knew it wouldn’t stop her from thinking otherwise.

Solomon did not associate himself with pride…lust…or any of those…other sins that Pacha had spoken to highly about. 

"What an interesting proposition.” If it was one thing he admired about them, is that the guardians always kept their word. He felt as they did, tired of the bloodshed, tired of losing those he did care about. 

But that was all wishful thinking.

"I like it. I do. Tell me guardian, do they know that you’re here?”

"No, you are not but that does not mean one should be careless around you."

She had heard rumors of him, rumors that she was sure she should heed. Susurre crossed her arms, her blue eyes still kept on his. Wondering if he would make any movements.

"They know that I am here. I would have not given you the proposition if we had not discussed this over."

They had sent the well known peace maker to share this deal with him. Among the celestial court, she was known for this. Though she would have never welcomed an Old one into the court until now.

"It would be pointless to give something we can agree on without discussing it with the others. You have my word that I will give you what you want."

"I do not back down on my word."

Again, they were fighting with the guardians. Third time this week that they’ve had a little spat. He understood his brothers pleas, he really did. They were creatures of the night, bowed down to    as gods. Why should they subject to the ever so righteous beings, guardians. 

But he’d grown tired of fighting, that was something he would keep to himself.

"Thought against it."

"But who am I to resist a proposition from the likes of you.” She was foolish for meeting with him alone, she knew what he could do to her    and she knew he wasn’t the type to outright attack someone without cause, and she’d done not a thing to him.

"State your cause, I don’t have all day."

"I do not blame you for it. Though there is no trickery here." 

He had every reason to be for they had only led to bloodshed. At least this cause but who were they to think that they could rule this world because of entitlement. It was not the way the world worked. Evil should not exist and it was their duty to wipe them out. His words were perhaps a ploy to irk her but she only smiled.

"You could have turned it down. Pride could have gotten in the way. Nor do I."

"We will bring back one of your loved ones. It is your call on who you would like to bring back. In exchange for peace between the two species."

It was interesting to see how this would pan out, it wasn't exactly her idea but she wasn't opposed to it. She wanted to be able to keep the peace between them and a part of her was naive to think that there could be peace. Maybe it would be her downfall but she wasn't thinking about that now.

                              [Solomon. He had arrived.]

"I didn't expect you to come." Her voice like a soft whisper in the night air.

                      [She would be careful. For her brothers and sisters

"Would you be willing to hear my proposition?"

"Susurre." She responded, offering a small smile as she crossed her arms over her chest. It was odd seeing the brown haired guardian out of her realm. Saying it was nice to see her would have been a lie, but Elena did her best to remain as civil as she could be."Maggie is fine, why do you ask? Don’t tell me you’re here for her, because I’m not giving her up that easily." That quick Elena found herself go into protection mode. There was no way she could have been there for Margaret. Elena knew eventually the day was bound to come but she never knew it would this soon.

"I was curious about the eventual would be guardian." Elena, the other guardians, and herself were aware of Maggie's destiny. It was in their blood to become a guardian. She shook her head. "Relax, Elena. I'm not like the others. I wish to bring peace among us all." Susurre eyed the blonde calmly seeing some of Elizabeth in Elena. "I'm here to bestow upon you another task. I wished to do it in person, I'm very curious as to stepping into the human world." Though Susurre would not interfere with the matters involving vampires.
