“No, it’s alright, really,” he commented, dismissing the topic. He actually didn’t care if she got him sick. Usually, he was the type of person that kept sick people as far away from him as possible, but with Anna, it was like that wasn’t even a concern for him. Maybe he was just so deep into character that he had forgotten how awful it was to be sick.Â
As the soup finished heating up, he was done making their sandwiches, and set about cleaning up the kitchen before serving up their food and heading back into the room. “Soup and a sandwich for you, my dear, and a sandwich for me. What did I miss?” he asked as he settled back in beside her and looked over at the tv. Watching Catfish with Anna was a bit ironic to him, and that was probably why he found it so amusing.
Anna bit her bottom lip, she couldn’t help but feel a bit guilty for it. But as long as he didn’t mind… This certainly wasn’t like a date she would imagine having. Especially since this was kind of her first ever date. If it even counted. Anna pulled a pillow to her chest and kept herself in a small ball. She was almost scared of making a mistake, doing something wrong. But she had to ignore that.
“Thank you sir!” She laughed as she took a piece of sandwich and stuffed it into her mouth. “Turns out the guy she was chatting to was a girl.” Anna said as she glanced at Hans. She took another small bite out of her sandwich.
