Speaking of Saint-Just, decided to do some colouring-in today! His hair is meant to be powdered as per the reference painting but that was my only ref so it might not look quite right.

This post is probably going to be a cry from the heart. There's going to be a lot of whining, so be prepared.

I don't want to draw anymore. I don't want to draw at all, not just for the Freva fandom, but in general. There are several reasons for this, one of them is my desire for perfection. I always try to make my work more perfect, to please the person sitting behind the screen. But I don't think I can do this, and because of this feeling, I've simply abandoned many works.

I realized that now I'm not drawing for myself, not for my own pleasure; for me, drawing has turned into a duty that, in any case, won't suit others (I'm already guessing). I am insanely jealous of everyone who draws even a little better than me, and this envy devours me. So I think I'd better pause my activity to collect my thoughts.
