On Japanese discussion sites there’s a whole thread dedicated to how Azusa is often on the receiving end of critical information (and blackened out weird old folks tend to show up in arcs she featured in). People are speculating whether she will eventually get roped in somehow when the plot moves back to BO.

But, barring an ass-pull reveal, out of all reappearing characters she’s the one with zero fighting and deduction skills and doesn’t have a bodyguard/side-kick/overprotective boyfriend/girlfriend around so hope it doesn’t get ugly.

WPS interviews (iirc) did hint there’s a potential link between Wakasa Rumi and her so….????? What should we make out of it?
