When faced with challenging situations, I prioritize my health by taking deliberate breaks to breathe, recharge, and refocus, ensuring I don't burn out. I also make conscious choices to nourish my body with wholesome foods, stay hydrated, and engage in physical activities that calm my mind and uplift my spirit. By putting my health first, I'm better equipped to tackle life's challenges with resilience, clarity, and strength.
