Do you have an altar?

I don’t have a dedicated altar space yet, I just use my desk. I feel like I need a similar one in the future so I plan on building it once I move out.

Oooh you made your own DIY tarot deck? How did you make the deck, if you don’t mind me asking? I really want to buy a tarot deck but I don’t have a lot of money 😅

Yes, I did!

I used the labyrinthos tarot as a guide and drew the most important (to me) imaginery on blank hard paper using pencil, then a watery watercolor coat, and a final trace with gray Sharpie.

I’ve always favored wrinting for expressing myself in a clear way, so writing out what I want of the spell helps me make my intentions clear.

Favorite divination tool?

I love tarot, as you may know! Specially my DIY deck, it’s advice and forecasts are on point.

Last December I did a new year reading and my deck told me that I would have to work hard on the same field that I already was on. I was waiting to hear if I would get a research grant (to work on my field) or not.. and I kinda took the reading with a grain of salt.

I’ll never forget my happy tears when I heard I got the grant. I was saying “the cards were right” to myself over and over because I couldn’t fucking believe it!

I love that deck. It calls me a dumb beech when I need to hear it and I love it.

I love the subreddit Witches vs the Patriarchy! 

There are a few other subreddits on the occult, but the cozy friendly vibe of that one is so wholesome. It is a real safe space for all... plus all the memes! I can’t recommend it enough.
