I think we live in a world where we don’t feel ourselves anymore. Instead we feel numb from all the social media, the technology, and drugs. The increasing influence from all over the world is slowly killing our vibe. It silences our inner voice and doesn’t let us hear our true self. Constantly being told how to dress, how to act where to go and how to look. We begin to become ashamed of ourselves and slip into daydreams that replace living. We begin to feel uncomfortable in our bodies and not enjoying ourselves because we want to fit in a perfectly playing a role to be included in this society . “Being different is not cool, it won’t get me enough likes, it won’t satisfy the masses” and what they don’t understand, they hate . Empathy is so rare these days and the ability to see everyone have there own struggles and that I don’t need to understand everyone’s every move... why the they talk like that or dont wear a bra..or wear a bra, why they are hanging out with this person why is that dude wearing nail polish .I don’t have to understand because it’s not my fucking business. I have my own life to celebrate and I’m going to focus on that . We are all so much more then we show on the outside. Our dreams, our feelings.... we were raised being told not to judge a book by its cover and it’s exactly what we are doing now. We all bleed the same blood, cherish the same deep love and cry the same salty warm tears when we are hurt . We all want to save and explore this beautiful planet while cherishing this gift we call life. Not becoming machines dressing the same, thinking the same locked into some brainwashing society full of fake happiness. I know looking yourself in the eyes trying to find your own frequency is tough sometimes, really tough...you may lose friends , friends who you thought would always be there. You may even lose family who doesn’t understand you, but it’s so important you take these paths to learn and grow from them. Life is a journey, and journeys aren’t always easy. There will be storms and rain but it’s needed to wash away the dirt from your soul. Embrace the journey and do you to the fullest, fall in love with becoming the best most original version of yourself.
