Does anyone else feel like not as hyped for all the things coming out for IWTV at SDCC this year?

I didn't actively seek out anything. Maybe it's because TVL disappointed me.

So uh... the homemade soundtrack I made from a preview audio is editted a lot better than the actual album. Not sound wise, just content wise. Things I did (what I wish they did): - Heart With You, Thou Shall Not, Hurt a Little Reprise are all one song because they are. Not three small songs all separate on the album.

-Time to Kill Reprise is at the beginning of No More Monsters reprise. (It's cut from the album)

-I kept in dialogue that would make sense (Time to Kill) during the song.

-I have That's Not Me, original Belong to Someone reprise, original Murder Capitol, original RECKONING and Brother on my album.

Anyway, I will be listening to this album over and over and over again because it's here finally. I just wish they kept some stuff.

Someone called G*bistat a fetish the writers had and I can't agree more!!! It was so unnecessary and made the whole season less impactful because I waited for every scene of theirs to be done. Such a smalllllllll detail in the book was made into 30+ minutes of most episodes. I am glad we know where his abuse comes from but again it was not necessary to show it over and over and harp on the fact. We wasted so much time this season. We could have had more Paris. We could have had more Children of Darkness. We could have had New Orleans. We could have established characters better. WE COULD HAVE SET UP THE END OF EPISODE 7 better!! Anyway do not come for me. I will not hear any argument because I am very anti Gabriella (show). I

nothing will compare to season 1 and 2 where it felt like a coherent story with plot points that moved the story forward and flashbacks that were whole.

Okay I'm getting to the point where I'm getting actually pissed off with the amount of Gabrelle(a) in this season. This has to be a game the writers are playing in our face because this is ridiculous.

At this point I would like a screener to come tell me if they are actually making her the villain of the season like a big reveal in episode 6 because that would be great. I'm so tired of seeing her bad bob on my screen at this point. I miss Gabrielle from the books so bad. They butchered my vampire. Like I saw a glimpse of her this episode but then it was taken over by the incest plot that they keep pushing.

Incest was only a small plot point in the book. And they've dedicated 2-3 episodes to it. They cut away from DM shit to go back to the stupid incest plot. And also the Regina plot. I would have loved more Lestat background or some more band scenes but no.
