Hey so Clark Stacy (wildworks ceo) decided to think it was a good idea to develop a game that's blockchain based and includes nfts. He's literally using fer.al's code to develop it.
Whatever you do, don't buy ANYTHING from any of the games wildworks develops. Animal jam, animal jam play wild, tunnel town, fer.al, etc. He said he wasn't announcing this game to the fer.al community to promote the game, but that's a big lie. He wants to fill his wallet even more, knowing that adults play fer.al too, not just teens. He also randomly brought his daughter into this ama (ask me anything) he was hosting in the fer.al discord server, saying that she was the quintessence of the fer.al community. Like what the fuck?
Cryptocurrency I believe in general is just one big scam. You never hear anything good about it, only that it's related to giant scams and money laundering schemes.
I actually told my mom about this (she works at a bank) and she told me that Clark is most likely doing this so he can make money without reporting it as income. I doubt he even told his employees about this, only giving them the information just before hosting the ama. Just to let you know, people are infuriated about this. This is not okay. As a lot of you know, nfts are bad for the environment. Wildworks is pro environment apparently, but clearly isn't.
