Imagine if we'd voted no for same sex marriage because "it didn't go far enough" or we didn't see it as a solution to all the inequality and struggles LGBTQIA+ people face. That wasn't the point!

The Indigenous Voice isn't going to solve everything. But it WILL bring in a new era of Indigenous agency, self-determination and input on decisions affecting them and it'll put more scrutiny and accountability on governments when it comes to Indigenous issues.

It's a positive step forward. It will make a difference if it succeeds. That's why I'm voting yes.
