Pick-a-card tarot isn't inherently ineffective just because it's on the internet, but it does have severe problems that go unaddressed
Firstly, it works because the images are layered with symbolism and the subconscious operates in the symbolic realm; factors like how you're currently feeling, your personality, your outlook etc can come through depending on what image a person chooses
The issues with PAC and other online spiritual practice is that it's a highly competitive market that's incentivized to stir drama and appeal to fears in order to attract customers who will pay for full readings
I have to let out a sigh when I see a PAC post saying something like "would your partner notice if you got a haircut?" or "here's why you're failing your college classes"

Try sticking to broader, more malleable topics like "what's your ideal future look like?" or "what projects should you focus on right now?"

These placements might make a person prone to being accused of trying to "take over" work and their boss's positions, they may be viewed as sinister social climbers who are selfish and dont care much about others feelings. They may be prone to being used as a scapegoat as they tend to for most parts, demonstrate a submissive attitude towards those in authority and are scared of having their reputation being ruined which may mean that their coworkers may make them the scapegoat to escape work or make them do most of the work. [Saturn restricts and here's the thing, 3rd house governs your early childhood and learning imo. It also governs your schools and neighbours whilst on the other hand, 9th house governs travelling and higher education alongside your higher mind and religeon and faith and mercury needless to say determines your intellect and mind. Saturn rewards but creates a harsh environment and also and it also rules discipline. This placement indicates that you may have felt that you always had to work harder than your peers to achieve the same as them.
