What do you use for animating? I would love to get into it but I dunno the first clue on where to start besides my Clip Studio Pro having frames ;-;
I use Toonsquid! It's $10, no ads or subscriptions, nothing locked beyond extra paywalls. Genuinely, one of the best apps out there. They listen to user feedback.
However, it's iPad only.
If you're after something free for mobile, Flipaclip is a pretty common recommendation, and it is one for a reason.
If that isn't an option and you've only got a PC, I highly recommend something like OpenToonz! It's like ToonBoom, but it's free. It's a lot more buggy, it tends to crash a lot, but most animation softwares for PC seem to have that kind of issue. Just be sure to save your work!
